Try a unique cookie treat, maamoul, shortbread pastries filled with dates.  A popular product in the Middle East, each cookie is filled with sweet dates. Many households keep a stock of them all year round, but they are particularly used on religious festivals. 

Each box contains (12) 40-gram pieces with date filling.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat, dates paste.
