Almond Cantuccini (Colussi) - 300g

Commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini, these biscuits are part of the Tuscany confectionery tradition. These crisp almond cookies make the perfect end to a meal. As a dessert they can be dipped in sweet wine, with tea or coffee or eaten on their own as a sumptuous delicacy.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, almonds (15%), sunflower oil, barn egg yolk (3%), barn eggs (3%), fresh pasteurized whole milk (3%), butter. raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, honey (0.5%), salt, flavorings. May contain soya and other nuts.
