Cevapi are grilled links of seasoned, minced meat, a type of kebab found traditionally in the countries of the Balkans. They are often served stuffed into a flatbread, called lepinja, or with chopped onions, sour cream, kajmak, ajvar, cottage cheese, minced red pepper and salt. These sausages are perfect for the barbecue.
