Ajvar is a tasty and aromatic vegetable relish made of peppers, eggplants and spices. Thanks to its mild and mellow flavor, it works as the perfect accompaniment to just about anything, including grilled meats. It can also be used as a side dish with roast meat, sausage or barbecue, cold dishes, sandwiches, and as an additional ingredient in the preparation of stews and sauces. It is naturally rich in vitamin C and is a natural source of vitamin A and fibers. No preservatives. Refrigerate after opening for up to 10 days.
