Carefully gathered by hand from trees grown in the hills of Central Greece, these Kalamon variety olives are ripened by the sun, traditionally cured and packed in natural brine giving them a delightfully rich and fruity flavor. They have a characteristic pointed almond shape and can be found in black and blonde color.
