Chestnut Puree (Hero) - 900 g (31.75 oz.) TIN

Chestnut Puree (Gesztenye) (puree de marrons) is used as a pastry filling or it can be served with whip cream. Add chocolate and heavy cream to this puree, and the result is a combination that can't be improved upon! Add a little brandy and you are set for a holiday treat. Puree is also great when spread over croissants or crepes. Refrigerate after opening.
