This homemade ajvar is imported from Macedonia, using a traditional family recipe with roasted peppers, eggplant, vinegar and spices. It is a delicious spreadable relish that compliments breads, crackers and cheeses. Great for breakfast as it pairs well with eggs, or enjoy it as a snack/appetizer during lunch or dinner. 

Ingredients: mild red peppers, eggplant, hot red peppers, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, vinegar.
