Dr. Oetker Baking Powder is one of the most reliable and easiest to use because it comes in little packets. The product is not bitter, and the packets enable one to use small amounts at a time without exposing a big quantity to air. Each packet contains 5 tsp. (20 ml) of baking powder, sufficient enough for 4 cups (500 g) of flour. Perfect for baking cakes, cookies, and any favorite desserts that call for baking powder.
