Orange and Ginger Greek Marmalade 225 ml

This Greek Orange & Ginger Preserve is jumping off toast and onto pancakes, cheeses, fish, seafood, chicken, meats and desserts!

To brighten all foods, we brought together the:

• sweetness of Newhall navel oranges,
• the floral tang of the orange's peel,
• and the soft spiciness of ground garden ginger for a little zing.

Since we choose fruits at the peak of their ripeness, with their ultimate fructose load, adding additional sugar is a balancing act that we do well. We only add pure cane sugar for the purpose of activating the fruit fiber pectin.
