Made from an Old World recipe, this puff pastry is perfectly described by the Italian word "sfoglia", meaning "sheets". They are coated with an apricot glaze and baked to a crispy perfection so that one can enjoy them with a cup of espresso, cappuccino, a favorite coffee or tea.

Ingredients: wheat flour, glazing 30% (sugar 80%, egg white), vegetable margarine (palm fats, sunflower oils, water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), butter, apricot-flavored decoration 5% (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, apricot puree 20%, water, modified corn starch, gelling agent: pectin), glucose syrup, malt (wheat and barley), salt, natural flavors.
